Exchange Policy
Discounted Product Exchange Policy:
1. Sale items are non-refundable.
2. Exchange is only applicable for size issues.
3. Exchange can only be done for the same product in a different size, subject to availability.
4. Products must be unused and in original condition with tags intact for exchange eligibility.
5. No exchange will be applicable for any other product or design.
1. Exchange Eligibility
Products can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Exchanges are only applicable for size issues or defective/damaged products.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for exchange.
Products damaged due to customer misuse will not be accepted.
3. Exchange Process
Contact us with your order ID and issue details.
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup and replacement delivery.
4. Delivery Charges
Inside Dhaka: ৳80
Outside Dhaka: ৳120
(Delivery charges apply for exchanges unless the product is defective.)
5. Quality Check
All returned items go through a quality inspection before approval of exchange.
