Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • An incorrect product or size was delivered
  • The product does not match the confirmed order

Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional campaigns
  • Accessories, innerwear, or items marked as non-returnable

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned item passes quality inspection
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Prepaid orders are refunded through the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are processed via mobile financial services or bank transfer
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part
