Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is damaged or defective
- An incorrect product or size was delivered
- The product does not match the confirmed order
Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional campaigns
- Accessories, innerwear, or items marked as non-returnable
Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated only after the returned item passes quality inspection
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Prepaid orders are refunded through the original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are processed via mobile financial services or bank transfer
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part
