REFUND POLICY

Refunds are initiated only after the returned item passes quality inspection
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
Prepaid orders are refunded through the original payment method
Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are processed via mobile financial services or bank transfer
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part
